Academic Excellence
Our academic programme strikes the right balance between high expectations and nurturing support. We deliver a rich, broad curriculum that prepares pupils not just for senior school entrance and scholarship exams, but for life as independent thinkers and enthusiastic learners.
In Years 3 and 4, pupils start to increase their subject-specialist teaching to include Science and Spanish.
They also start to take part in competitive sports fixtures against other schools. In Year 5, all lessons are taken by subject specialist teachers from English, Maths and Science to Humanities, French, ICT, Art, Music etc. Lessons are lively, engaging, and stretch each pupil to achieve the very best outcomes.
Through regular assessments and analysis, we are able to ensure personalised learning targets, while our Learning Support team (The Beehive) offers additional guidance where needed, ensuring no child is left behind or held back.
